Hi,

Been reading through my handbook and says when I press the unlock button the windows will go down, but they don't....
Also another thing my iPhone is connected via Bluetooth, but when I try and play music via Bluetooth, it doesn't work? I have an iPhone 5s by the way.

Sorry I don't know much about iphone. But if you hold the unlock button for bout 5-10 seconds it does open the windows. It also closes the windows with the lock button very handy if you've forgotten to close your windows when you've left the car

Are you just pressing play on the phone or are you actually changing the audio source from radio to bluetooth?

Was doing it all by radio lol now I know how to do the Bluetooth thanks!

press and hold lock / unlock for 5-10seconds. I'm always forgetting to close my window.
