Just collected new (replacement) car and they got the roof colour right this time. Just a shame they forgot to put the chrome pack on ...here we go again !!!!

Yeah I agree looks good without the chrome bits blends in nicely can't believe they've messed it up a 2nd time tho. bit of a joke

Thanks guys. Just as well it looks good as it is because Vauxhall Customer Care have just phoned me to say that the chrome pack has to be fitted during the build and so can not add it on at the dealers. They are currently discussing with their management what goodwill deal they can offer me. I certainly don't want to wait another 4 months just for the sake of a chrome pack

Update ... Vauxhall just got back to me and offered me £200 accessories voucher and 2 years free servicing. More than happy with that!
