I’ve paid for the premium navigation BringGo on my Adam and it’s cost me £69.99 and it doesn’t work! I’ve tried to contact them but the have no phone number and aren’t answering me emails

As far as I know BringGo is no longer available, what plate is your Adam as 16 plate and higher Adams can use Android Auto or Apple Carplay?

Most probably you have IntelliLink R3.0 (IL3)?
As @terminus said if your Adam is 16 plate or higher you should have IL4 and you can use Android Auto or CarPlay.
