Hi what sort of marks are they? On washing my Adam Glam yesterday I've noticed loads of what looks like white marks all over the bonnet of the car, so I went and bought the best car cleaner you can get in Halfords and that still won't remove the marks, not sure if you have the same problem

Can you feel the marks with your nail? Sounds like stone chips maybe. If you can't feel it then probably bird crap marks or water spots.

No they look as though they are under the paint work, on a few of the other forums and some people have the same problem and they think its a manufacturing fault

I have strange marks on mine too, I took it as far as I could with Vauxhall and they insist that it's fallout from local industry. Mine also look like a defect under the paintwork like you said Shazzy.I wanted them to respray the car, but they refused saying it wasn't a manufacturing defect. As it turned out, the car has been virtually resprayed now because it was keyed by some idiot and then someone drove into it. The marks are still on the bits that weren't resprayed, but there are also a couple on the bits that were, so maybe they were right. I'm still not happy with the paintwork. Even if it is fallout, I don't understand why no one else near where I live or work has the same issue. The marks aren't very visible now unless you look closely, but my concern is that they will turn to rust over time.

Well I'm off to Vauxhall with it tomorrow, but there is no way I'm taking any fallout crap from them as it in only on the bonnet andnone on the roof, so there is no chance they'll be fobbing me off, I'll let you all know how I get on, apart from that I love my wee Galm Adam

Taking no fallout crap? It IS fallout. I had an LE Corsa in today for handover with fallout just on the roof. It's not called fobbing you off its called telling you the truth.

If it was just on the roof and bonnet I'd have accepted it straight away as that is where it would naturally fall. It's all over. I'm not disputing it now anyway; what I'd still like to know is why it's just mine! My boyfriend's Volvo is fine, as are my colleagues' cars. Mine must be a magnet for fallout!
