Sorry if this has been covered already but when I tap on Gallery it just keeps saying 'Device not found', regardless of whether my iphone (on 7.1.1) is connected via Bluetooth or USB.... any ideas?

Hi , ya can only see photos with THE cable ( sore subject £140 )
But you can with a memory stick 🚙😟🚘

I got photos on it but only using a USB stick

USB works fine. It's phones that's the problem.
