It's been over a momth since Vauxhall agreed to replace my Jam (having built it with the wrong colour roof) so emailed them for an update. Just had a reply to say it hasn't even been given a build date yet

Hi,
I have a similar issue.
They ordered mine without the technical pack so they have re ordered me one.
It will be 4 weeks this week since they re ordered and I only have an estimated delivery date of
June 28th.
They have given me a demo adam to drive in the meantime.
Hope you get some joy with it soon

Sorry to hear that, I would have hoped Vauxhall could have put you ahead in the queue slightly at the very least.

Can't believe they have done that. Just shows that they are all useless and don't care. I would never recommend vauxhall to any1. Just a shame they brought out something like the adam and not another manufacturer lol
