How would everyone say the service was that you got when enquiring/ordering your adam.I work in sales but we pride ourselves on customer service so I'm sure if I'm being over critical or if it is a general thing but the service is pretty darn poor.I eventually ordered mine from Wilson and Co in Chorley who were great when I was thinking of buying - the only people to offer a test drive. They seem slightly out of the loop but I put that down to it still being relatively new and me being very picky about what I want. Since ordering I haven't been told about the tracking service, I only got an automated text about my order being brought forward, they have had to update my order form 3-4 times and still waiting for my most recent one. They don't return my calls and feel like I'm constantly chasing them which I think is completely unacceptable. It also make me very nervous about my car being delivered and not being right. Can I refuse to accept the car? How has everyone else found the service form their dealer, where did you get it and.... did you get a good deal?
